This Terms of Use sets forth the Agreement between you and BSM Labs Ltd . (“we” or “us” or " company") regarding your use of our web service and mobile applications (Services), specifically including each Zenroom you create or join in Zenme platform (" platform'') that owned by BSM labs ltd. Please read this Agreement, because it contains important information about your content (that you own), how information is shared between Zentors (who create and host the zenroom) and Zennies - zenroom's members, our limitation of liability to you, and your agreement to resolve any disputes by individual arbitration.

Access to, and use of, the App and the services available through the web and mobile app are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (Terms of Use). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Use, as may be updated by us from time to time. If you do not agree and/or accept all of these terms of use, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

The Company retains the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services or any part of the App.
